Arts Gateway MK supports local artists, storytellers and performers, filling the gaps in local arts provision and evolving as the city grows. We deliver creative spaces, projects and events which reflect the diversity and energy of Milton Keynes, building the foundations for a rich and sustainable cultural sector.

Home to a creative community of over 75 artists, of all ages and skill levels across a mix of genres including visual arts, film making, music, woodwork, textiles and ceramics. Based in a 1970s industrial unit in Kiln Farm, we offer affordable studios, the Box Arts Club for shows and workshops, artist opportunities and public programmes

MK Lit Fest celebrates books, writing and ideas through online and in-person events. We showcase fiction, poetry, memoir and scriptwriting, support new voices, including LGBTQ+ writers and writers of colour, and create opportunities for emerging talent.

Based in Arts Central Studios, The Box Arts Club is a hireable venue for exhibitions, performances and events, as well as hosting creative workshops and courses.
